  • Pharmacy and lab
  • Specialty clinic used for exam testing
  • Hospital administration and support functions

A part of the project are 277 Medical/Mental Health Beds (dormitory and single cell) in a Maximum Security setting in connection with the Medical Facility.  Various levels of treatments options are part of the program for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County inmates.

Elevatus was also responsible for the core and shell of the entire ADC (Adult Detention Center) which includes the building exterior envelope and all stair and elevator towers.

The @electricworksfw campus continues to make strides towards the fall 2022 opening. As the exterior of the buildings continue to make progress, the biggest strides on the campus are interior finishes and fit out for tenants as well as campus-wide amenities. A great amount of site work has accelerated as the building envelopes near completion. In the coming months there will be more physical progress at the ground level with building exteriors, entries, site work, and more!

"Elevatus not only understands the higher education market place, they understand our university needs comprehensively. They are able to convert learning modalities and educational pedagogies into physical, durable locations within our buildings that serve faculties and students in an excellent fashion.”

Arthur E. Snyder, Ed.D.

Past President, Indiana Tech

"The level of service that Fort Wayne Community Schools received during the construction of New Tech Academy was superb. The architects were innovative and took the time to truly understand the different learning modalities that we wanted. They always gave close attention to details, schedule, and construction costs."

Liz Bryan

Director, New Tech Academy Wayne High School

"Sanilac County has continuously relied on Elevatus for their expertise and dedication to quality of service, and I have actively worked with them in the planning stages of our renovation and jail expansion project. I give my full recommendation for Elevatus for design and construction on building projects."

Garry M. Biniecki

Sheriff, Sanilac County

"I want to express my appreciation to the customer-oriented Elevatus for a job well done on our penitentiary at Terre Haute. Their incorporation of many complex design modifications to the Central Utility Plant without falling a single day behind schedule was particularly impressive. I look forward to the possibility of working on future projects with them."

Clifton L. Spence, III

Senior Project Manager, Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons, Washington, DC

"We chose Elevatus for our team on The Northeast Indiana Regional Public Safety Academy because of their extensive national experience in public safety, green, and educational facility design. Their role was critical in creating a building that was highly functional, energy-efficient, and striking in appearance. Elevatus receives my highest recommendation.”

Graham Richard

Mayor, 2000-2007, Fort Wayne, Indiana

"My experience with Elevatus has been excellent. I actively worked with them during the planning stages of rehabilitating an existing structure into a work release center, constructing a new jail facility, and expanding our existing Justice Building. They were always willing to listen to concerns and were sensitive to the county’s conservative spending sensitivity to the county’s conservative fiscal spending."

Ronald J. Robinson

County Commissioner, Kosciusko County, Warsaw, Indiana
