The Fort Wayne architects at Elevatus did a complete building systems upgrade to Byrum Hall, Johnson Hall, and Kendall Hall as part of the Caswell Center Renovation project. Among the upgrades in each building were new HVAC systems, new lighting, a new wet-pipe sprinkler system, new catwalk systems in the attic, restroom renovations, and kitchen-area renovations. Also included in the 121,000 sf project were mechanical room additions, new acoustical tile ceilings, VCT flooring, and paint finishes to each hall.
"We chose Elevatus for our team on The Northeast Indiana Regional Public Safety Academy because of their extensive national experience in public safety, green, and educational facility design. Their role was critical in creating a building that was highly functional, energy-efficient, and striking in appearance. Elevatus receives my highest recommendation.”
