Architectural Design for Private Higher Education

Private colleges and universities – in Indiana and elsewhere – often call on the Fort Wayne architects at Elevatus for a limited range of “up front” design services. These are used to help them raise the private dollars they need to fund a building or renovation project. Such services often include visioning, programming, early cost estimates, and enough marketing materials to generate private-donor enthusiasm for the project at hand.

We get this work primarily on the basis of our past partnerships with these clients and the success of the projects for which those partnerships were formed. Our fee may be deferred pending the appropriation of funds. Or we may charge an initial discounted fee until all pledges and donations have been received and the project is ready to start. In either case, when we commit to the “up front” work, we’re committed to seeing the project through to completion ... if and when it’s funded.

Once a project has been greenlighted for us, we begin applying the full range of our design and documentation services. We’ve designed both traditional education spaces and high-tech 21st century education spaces for private colleges and universities – whatever best suits their needs, their curriculum objectives, and their overarching vision.

Examples of our education design work may be found in our Education Portfolio. To learn more about partnering with us to achieve your private higher education facility goals, explore our website. Then contact Elevatus Architecture Fort Wayne.
